Our Services & Packages

We provide the following services and packages for weddings and events in the greater Texas Hill Country region.

If your event is outside of the Texas Hill Country (Greater Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, etc.) or outside of Texas, additional mileage/travel fees will be provided with quote.

Prior to each event we collaborate closely with the venue and the client to ensure our projections, plans, and designs meet everyone’s needs and wishes. We also take photos and measurements of the venue space, cakes/objects prior to designing the content for event to ensure accurate and professional projections. Premium Projection Package

  • 3-4 Projectors (Epson 4k Laser Projectors, 7,000+ lumen)

  • Immersive 3D Mapping Projection (full wall/ceiling/floor animation)

  • Projected 3D Cake/Object Mapping (custom projection-mapped wedding cake (included) or object (provided by client).

  • Custom Projected Logo / Monogram / Backdrop / Photo Slideshow

  • Optional Add On: Interactive Projector & Games for kids of all ages - See details below

The EPIC Projection Package

  • 4+ Projectors (Epson 4k Laser Projectors, 7,000+ lumen)

  • Indoor & Outdoor Immersive 3D Mapping Projection (full wall/ceiling/floor/outside of building animation)

  • Projected 3D Cake/Object Mapping (custom projection-mapped wedding cake (included) or object (provided by client).

  • Custom Projected Logo / Monogram / Backdrop / Photo Slideshow

  • Interactive Projector & Games for kids of all ages - Included

  • Music synced with projections (optional & upon request)

Starter Wedding Package

$2,500

  • 2 Projectors (Epson 4K Laser Projectors, 7,000+ lumen)

  • Projected Cake Mapping (curated projection-mapped wedding cake display, faux 4-5 tiered cake included).

  • Projected Monogram / Logo / Backdrop / Photo Slideshow (customer can select from pre-designed templates & animations).

  • Optional Add On: Interactive Projector & Games for kids of all ages - See details below

Kid’s Corner - Interactive Projection Games

$700

  • Interactive floor projector that will turn any floor corner into a fun and exciting play space.

  • 30+ kid friendly game choices suitable for all ages

  • Only available with the purchase of one of the above packages. Optional for starter and premium packages. Included with the Epic package.
